I was lucky enough to meet the Pure Project Brewing team last October when the tasting room and brew house were still under construction. As we navigated our way around electricians, painters, and plumbers working on the new space, the team members shared with me their vision and dreams for the future brewery.
One of their dreams was to brew innovative beers with organic, tropical ingredients like coconut, hibiscus, coffee, and vanilla.
