Friday March 4th, 2016 was yet another historic day in San Diego craft beer history. As part of a brand refresh, Coronado Brewing Company released their first ever canned beers, with Islander IPA and Orange Avenue Wit in 6 packs. Not only that, but they used this monumentous occasion to to unveil another member of their “Core Series”, Easy Up Pale, also available in cans.
How do the mermaid’s new cans look? Fantastic! With a minimalistic vector silhouette of her in the background, and a reminder to “Stay Coastal”, Coronado’s new branding was very eye-catching. With each 6 pack purchased, Coronado threw in 2 free koozies, so between those, and their new go-anywhere-recyclables, they have us all dialed in for summer.
